Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, convenient location.

Overall my stay was nice and I would love to go back. Staff was all so helpful! It is near the airport. Unique base for city break in Kigali.

The bed was so comfortable and there is free parking available on site, plus the hotel is perfectly situated next to Nyarutarama Sports Centre with the option to visit Yego Arts studio.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the facilities were well-maintained. the location of the hotel was perfect, within easy reach of public transportation and conveniently close to many attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious!

This place is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, fairly close to the airport and on two stations. The staff here provides excellent room service and is always willing to help. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, massage services, and a fitness center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. this hotel provides a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had exceptional cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff was professional and ready to offer their services to any client, creating a friendly atmosphere for guests. the hotel was in a serene and peaceful location, a perfect getaway from the usual city's hustle and bustle. Plus, their food was appetizing, offering large portions that left me satisfied.

The hotel, however, lacked proper attention to detail. The gym was poorly equipped and emitted a moldy smell, while the television channel selections were odd, with only a few available channels.

Located in a convenient area and offering clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable bedding, this hotel also provides a pitch dark and quiet environment, ensuring a good sleep quality. Despite small missteps, the restaurant staff tries to go the extra mile in providing decent meals. the staff members are a major highlight, being welcoming and going above and beyond to offer excellent service like cheap laundry and strong WiFi.

The exercise room equipments lacked maintenance and had some issues like odd TV channels.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was simply amazing! the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were well-maintained. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel had a pool and a gym where I could work out. the location is ideal, as it's close to all the major attractions and restaurants. the hotel also offered a shuttle service which was very convenient for getting around.
